How Do I Enter Tournaments?
In the spirit of fun, apart from the Big Games (for the four Big Teams), LlamaLAN features clan tournaments for clans and 1v1 tournaments for individual players. Here's how to get involved!
Clan Tournaments are detailed in the first section. For 1v1 Tournaments, scroll to the second section.
Clans wishing to join clan tournaments must first have the minimum number of players required. If you try to join a tournament without the minimum players required, you'll be told as such. You will also get a warning if the tournament is already full.
To sign your clan up to a clan tournament, open up the clan's management console.
The first tab you see should be Details. All available tournaments are listed below.
If your application was successful, the subtle difference here is that the link has changed from Join to Leave.
1v1s are a great way to get stuck right in to what these LANs are all about. Get involved if at all possible! To sign up to a 1v1 tournament:
If there are any upcoming tournaments, they will appear in a list at the bottom of the Details tab (the default first page of the profile.)
The link will become leave. If you ever want to leave a tournament, use this link.

- Find your summary panel at the top left of the LlamaLAN website.
- Click the Clans link.
- Click the name of the clan you want to send into battle - e.g. Frag Test Dummies.
- Locate the tournament for your clan, and click Join.
All being well, your clan will be immediately slotted into a free space in the tournament tree. But, with such power comes great responsibility - Tournament progress relies on you entering and/or confirming results. 1v1 Tournaments
1v1s are a great way to get stuck right in to what these LANs are all about. Get involved if at all possible! To sign up to a 1v1 tournament:
- Find your summary panel at the top left of the LlamaLAN website.
- Click the Profile link.
- If the tournament you want to join is not full, you will see a Join link. Click this link to signup!
The link will become leave. If you ever want to leave a tournament, use this link.
And this, my friend, will put you in the next free slot somewhere in the 1v1 tournament tree. As people join, you'll be able to find out who is up against who; when the games begin, you will want to start entering and confirming your match scores. Remember - Tournament progress depends on you getting your results logged and confirmed.
