I know it abit late but still......

where is the best and cheapest to buy beer?? would it be better if i brought it from tescos and took it with me or save until i get there and buy it then????

i am planing to have foster but i prefer carling

Whatever has the best offer at the time, a bit of pot luck, there is an ASDA, CoOp and Morrisons? relatively close, pick which you prefer and see what their specials are, maybe their websites will tell you.

mate i am skint so cheapest is cheapest and i found out that foster and carling are cheapest running but i still prefer my super tennets just cannot afford them really.... i love stella, but yeah i get the beer when i am there, less car space and i am sure people are doing supermarket runs??? on friday

There is an asda 5 mins away by car which is probably the cheapest close place.

Not that I know of, but some supermarkets have been known to carry the odd decent beer or two, but not necessarily a crate ;)

the Asda's up the road do 2-for-3 on ales, incl Hob, so you'll be able to pick up a dozen easy -altough they also do other Wychwood ones, and the Cider, Green Goblin- there actually pretty good, up there
