Hurrah another cool weekend

Post by Golem »

If the clearing up is anything to go by, setting up and organising the lans must take a lot of effort, so thanks once more to the LLama team for another good weekend. It's great how you took the most lacking thing from previous events as stated by the attendees, not enough organised games, and took it by the scruff of the neck, pinned it to the wall, and beat it hard till it gave in. :) The info sheet and server schedule on every desk was a nice touch, just a shame not more attendees didn't stick to it for a proper 20+ player game at some point.

I've stuck up my photos, looking forward to seeing everyone else's. :)

I loved it, back home at about 10am monday after leaving Hempsted valley shopping centre, so about 12 hrs travelling back home and about 11 hrs travelling down to the lan. over 2 days, that means I had really about 24 hrs there.

That was one of the most crazest things I've done but it felt so good. I hope next time I can come down for the full event, with a car and then everything will be fine and dandy.

It was great to meet all of you finally too!

I'm at work now and wont have my computer up for several days as I'm moving house so dont expect me on IRC anytime soon :)

Thank you to all of you again for making me feel so relaxed!!.

I had an absolutely amazing time.

The games were fun and the tournies were cool, but i think next time we neeed more people in each game, im sensing a joint ops 8 on 8 or something being really cool.

Thanks and well done to Kanonfodda, Cyber and the crew for hosting the LAN, it seemed to be well organised and set up.

Thanks to the porn king guy for increasing my collection from 2Gb to 19.5Gb :D

I hope to see you all at the next Lan.

Yeah UT2004 - it was a breath of fresh air, bit sick of BF1942 + mods, although they are fun I need a new game.

I had a good time too, although I only attended for the Saturday, it was good to see most of my fellow lan mates again, and to meet new ones too :D
